Ann holds a Masters in Science from Elmira College, New York, and was the founding Executive Director of the Leadership Broward Foundation, a position she held for 10 years.
Many of her clients have experienced growth in revenues of 20 percent in the short term and as high as 200 percent over 3-4 years. She helps them expand their capacity to lead, learn more, do more, love their work more, and grow their companies.
She was a principal in an international leadership development firm for eight years before founding Leadership Dynamics in 2008. She is a graduate of Harvard’s Art and Practice of Leadership Development executive program and Florida International University’s Professional International Coach Federation program.
